Still Dancing On A Cloud

Beware What You Wish is still in the top five at TWRP. It is also #1 on Historical and non-American Historical. I don't understand it but I feel so blessed.
We are working hard on edits for Kensington's Soul and I hope to see it out in both eBook and print sometime in January or February. Yes, I plan on having copies at RT in Orlando.
Thanks to all who have bought Beware What You Wish. Please drop me a line and let me
know how you liked it or hated it... lol
Now, the rest of you, download the book... lol Just kidding!
Dream on and write from the heart!

It's Out! Yes, it is!

Hi everyone, just a quick note, coming down from the cloud of happiness and over the moon rush that my book is out! This is like a dream come true. I didn't think I'd be this excited, you know having been on the inside of the publishing business for so long. But, seeing my book up on the web page, ready for any and all to purchase, made me want to dance...lol.

Okay, really have to go to bed now...lol
Like I could sleep, yeah...lol

Hugs and let me know what you think of Beware What You Wish!

Until next time,

Faith

This, That and More.

Hi everyone, I am so enjoying your posts on the blog. I appreciate each and everyone of you. I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday. I enjoyed myself, my daughter and I went to my sister's, where she pampered us both. Now, however, it's back to work...lol.

I've been trying to clear some decks so I can make my editor, Callie, happy and finish writing "Dunbar's Curse," the second book in the Vampire Lord and Ladies series. Yes, in this book, Zacke and Miranda will be back and so will some of the other characters I hope you like in
Kensington's Soul.

I just sent off the final revisions for "Beware What You Wish," and Pamela, my editor, told me I should have a release date soon. I am praying "Kensington's Soul" will quickly follow. A bit greedy aren't I? LOL.

I am also working on another paranormal series that I will tell you more about at a future date.

Please stop by often, tell me what you are doing and just keep me company!

Miracles do happen!

Life has a strange way of throwing curves, some good, some bad. I'm so excited that one of my curves resulted in a dream come true. For years, I've learned the craft of being an author by reading, writing reviews, soaking up websites and helpful facts from friends and already pubbed authors.

I had almost given up hope until I submitted a short story to The Wild Rose Press for their Through The Garden Gate Contest. NO, I didn't win, but I was asked to resubmit with a reworked plot. Beware What You Wish sold on January 26th, 2008 and my wonderful editor, Pam Winger, an awesome lady on the English Tea Rose line, will always be in my prayers. On the heels of experiencing my first jubilation and getting an all-around high from viewing the cover, I then found out I had sold Kensington's Soul on March 1st, 2008.

Both sales were awesome but Kensington's Soul was and still is close to my heart. My husband, who passed away in 2006, was with me when I researched some of the locale in Savannah for this book. It was the last trip we took together before his brain injury became worse. So this time, I cried for joy when I got an email from Callielynn Wolfe my now editor with the Black Rose line at The Wild Rose Press.

So, coming soon, I will have two books released. One is in the final stage for publication and the other is in the revision stage.

Saying all this, I want to encourage all writers who are trying to get their work published not to give up. You never know when you might receive that all important email or phone call.

Until next time, enjoy the blessings of life, write from the heart and soul and remember if you don't try you will never know what will happen.
