SHARON BUCHBINDER AUTHOR OF OBSESSION GIVES TIERNAN'S PUNISHMENT 5 STARS
No plot spoilers from me, but here's what I can tell you. The romance is sizzling, the action is swash-buckling, the plot has the twists and turns of a fjord, and the ending is satisfying. What more can a reader want? This book is one of a series by the very talented Faith Smith, however, you do not have to read them in order. This is a fine stand-alone with sufficient back story woven in to keep you informed and entertained. I highly recommend this read and give it five Viking horns, or if you prefer, five shiny stars!

ROMANCING THE BOOK GIVES IMMORTAL JUSTICE A LOVELY ROSE
This was a tale of good vs. evil in its purest form.
Darach was as easy for me to fall for as he was for Abby. His out-of-this-world body and his sexy Scottish brogue made him almost irresistible. The awful things that happened to him in his previous life broke my heart. Abby with her “gift” and willingness to help others had me rooting for her from the first page.
The characters were well developed. I loved Michael the Archangel. His concern for the mortals on earth as well as for his Immortal Warriors made him very real to me. Sean had a really intriguing back story that made me want to know more about him. Arianna’s feisty and smart. I know she has a deep dark secret that I’m dying to know.
I was impressed by Ms. Smith’s story telling. Abby and Darach’s verbal sparring was entertaining. There were heart breaking and heart pounding moments. It reminded me of Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Dark Hunter series but with less sex and the immortals worked for a boss they actually respected. There were some slow moments but over all this was a great read.
The Christian aspects of this book were heartfelt. Even the passion that Darach and Abby had for each other was sweet and pure.
Favorite Quote:  Reminder: Archangels do not shed tears over what happens in the mortal realm. It would be fruitless since he would never get any work done if he allowed his hardened shell to crack. As he reached for a golden cloth and wiped his eyes, he repeated, archangels do not shed tears.

ROMANTIC TIMES BOOK REVIEWS GIVES BEWARE WHAT YOU WISH 3 STARS
Longtime RT reviewer Smith's debut time-travel romance shows great promise and a talent for plotting, character development and dialogue. She competently juggles current-day and Regency England vernacular, moves the story along and packs a bunch of plot into one novella. Some may pause at the heroine using her cell phone in the 1810s, but if readers are willing to accept time travel, this device shouldn't be too much of a stretch.

Readers will love the latest novel by Smith. Full of laughter and passion, this story about faery princess Catriona and Marine Derek is a wonderful ride. Smart-mouthed and arrogant Catriona has met her match in the wounded and stubborn Marine. Readers will be hanging on to see who will win this battle of wills.

Smith gives the reader yet another great installment in her Vampire Protectors Series. It has it all: mystery, vampires, paranormal and to round things out, a great love story. Once I started this story, I wasn’t satisfied until I had finished it. If this kind of story is right up your alley, don’t miss out!

TOP PICK FROM NIGHT OWL REVIEWS FOR KENSINGTON'S SOUL
Kensington's Soul is a wonderfully written tender and thoroughly enjoyable book by Faith V. Smith. It has everything in it. The plot of the story is superb. There's the usual battle between good and evil, with some danger etc. It kept me on the edge of my seat from the beginning to the end. The characters are fantastic. Our hero Zacke is a tortured soul. Our heroine Miranda is innocence personified. I loved the old fashioned courtship of Miranda by Zacke. The other characters in the story were also well developed. I look forward to reading more about Gideon, Miles and Hawk. Hopefully they will have their own stories? Hint hint? The ending of the book was great, also interesting and quite surprising. I wasn't expecting what happened. I loved it so much that I read it straight through again. Excellent read.

BITTEN BY BOOKS GIVES VIKING, GO HOME 4.5
Viking, Go Home by Faith V. Smith was hysterical from the very beginning. I love time travel books because the person either going forward or backwards has a reality check. Wulf was no exception, and the things that he did while learning was just comical. Wulf has never seen indoor plumbing, TV, cars and fast food. Raven thinks that Wulf is a nut job at first, until she gets to know him. What she finds is a man that could be the hero of her own story. Viking, Go Home shows you that first impressions are not always correct, you should take a bit more time and look past the surface. Who knows what you will find underneath? 4.5 Bitten By Books Reviewer: Megan

“Dunbar’s Curse” is a great book that will enthrall the reader right from the start! This is one blazing book that has enough heat to start a forest fire! Even though “Dunbar’s Curse” is the 2nd book in the Bound by Blood, The Legends series by Faith V. Smith, it is a stand alone book. I am looking forward to reading the 1st book in the series “Kensington’s Soul” which is out now and hoping for a third soon!

VIKING, GO HOME REVIEW FROM ROMANTIC TIMES BOOK REVIEWS
Smith gives romantic time-travel readers just what they want with this exceptional read. The flow between the years 1016 and 2010 is seamless, with none of the confusing, awkward transitions that often occur in time travels. The heroine
is an excellent example of the modern woman who has no trouble standing up for herself. When reading this story this reviewer couldn’t help but think of another excellent time travel, Jude Deveraux’s A Knight in Shining Armor. 4 STARS
